How Beeler.Tech uses community observations
Beeler.Tech runs Slack communities for publishers and the people who work with them. When members share what they see in their own businesses, we may record it on a tracker as a community observation.
We never name the person or their company unless they say yes. We never quote them. We say how many people reported something and when they posted it. We only use open channels, never private ones or direct messages.
A community observation is what members told us, not a measurement we made. Each one carries its caveats.
